IL&FS Stresses On Having Successful Rights Issue To Recapitalize Itself

The three-part strategy of IL&FS includes a successful rights issue, ensuring of liquidity and selling of assets to repay the creditors, said IL&FS Vice Chairman & Managing Director Hari Sankaran.
