Congress MLA Blows A Kiss To Speaker In Odisha Assembly

Congress MLA Taraprasad Bahinipati evoked peals of laughter in the Assembly on Tuesday when he blew a flying kiss to Speaker SN Patro after being allowed to raise issues faced by his constituency.
