"Will Plan Strategy": General Bipin Rawat On Chief Of Defence Staff Role

Outgoing Army Chief Bipin Rawat, who is set to take over as the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) today, said that he will "plan his strategy" after assuming his new role.
