PM's Message For Russian Counterpart Who Tested Positive For Coronavirus

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today wished fast recovery from COVID-19 to his Russian counterpart Mikhail Mishustin, who was found infected with the highly infectious coronavirus on Thursday.
