54,366 Fresh Coronavirus Cases In India, Total Cases At 77.61 Lakh

India's coronavirus count has touched 77.61 lakh with a jump of 54,366 cases in the last 24 hours, government data shows. 690 deaths in the last 24 hours have pushed the total death count to 1,17,306.
