Heavy Rain In Delhi Causes Waterlogging, Traffic Snarls

Heavy rains lashed parts of Delhi on Tuesday, bringing respite from heat and the sultry weather. Many parts of the national capital were waterlogged, leading to traffic snarls across the city.
