Watch: INS Vela, 4th Stealth Scorpene-Class Submarine, Inducted

The Indian Navy has welcomed into its fleet its brand new submarine, the INS Vela, a French designed Scorpene-class submarine built by the government-owned Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd, or MDL.
