Lekhpal Exam: "Solvers", Students Among 21 Arrested By Uttar Pradesh Cops

The Uttar Pradesh police arrested 21 people including students, 'solvers' and gang leaders for allegedly using unfair means during the Lekhpal recruitment exam Sunday.
