Apple allows users to transfer their contacts from an Android phone to a new iPhone using simple steps. If you are migrating to a new iPhone from an Android handset, you can download the Move to iOS app from the Google Play Store on your Android phone to transfer the data. However, this will only work when you are setting up your new iPhone. If you have already set up your iPhone, you can choose to sync your Android phone's contacts with your Google account and log in with the same Google account on your iPhone.
